Requirements
• Completed training or degree, • Several years of professional experience in a similar position, • Insight into the agile operations of an IT company, • Passion for employee leadership and development, • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, • Good knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Teams, • Experience with resource and budget planning, • Familiarity with 360-degree feedback and hybrid teams, • Very good knowledge of English and German.
