Description

• Conduct in-depth analysis of website data, including traffic patterns, user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign performance. • Provide strategic insights to senior management and cross-functional teams based on data analysis. • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that clearly communicate web analytics findings to stakeholders. • Lead the design and analysis of A/B tests to improve website usability and conversion rates. • Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of web analytics tools and platforms. • Collaborate with marketing, IT, product development, and sales teams for integrated web analytics insights. • Mentor junior analysts in web analytics methodologies, best practices, and data analysis techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field. • Master’s degree preferred. • 4+ years of experience in web analytics or digital marketing analytics. • Expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, SEO/SEM, and online consumer behavior. • Experience with A/B testing, website optimization tools, and statistical analysis techniques. • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality in data analysis and reporting. • Ability to lead projects, influence strategy, and mentor junior team members. • Creative and innovative problem-solving skills.
