Description

• Conduct in-depth analysis of website data including traffic patterns and user behavior. • Provide strategic insights to senior management based on data analysis. • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that clearly communicate findings. • Lead the design and analysis of A/B tests to improve website usability. • Oversee the selection and management of web analytics tools. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics insights. • Mentor junior analysts in web analytics methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field. • Master’s degree preferred. • 4+ years of experience in web analytics or digital marketing analytics. • Expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). • Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, SEO/SEM, and online consumer behavior. • Experience with A/B testing, website optimization tools, and statistical analysis techniques. • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to think strategically. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • High attention to detail. • Ability to lead projects and influence strategy. • Creative problem-solving skills.
