• Manage and troubleshoot building repairs in retail stores • Ensure appropriate management of vendors and projects • Support day-to-day implementation of policies and procedures • Provide updates on vendor changes and PM schedule changes • Prepare financial reports related to the assigned portfolio • Collect and analyze reports of statistical data for facility management

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in facilities management or related field required • A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience required • Experience in maintenance, construction, engineering preferred • Retail facilities experience preferred • CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred • Ability to read and understand construction specifications and blueprints
