Description

• Train and supervise a team of Student Analysts, BTs, and RBTs using telehealth. • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention programs based on child’s needs. • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments. • Provide parent training and mentorship. • Conduct clinic meetings and ensure communication with families and staff. • Maintain knowledge of State and Federal specific laws and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree from an accredited program in ABA or a related field. • Current BCBA Certification from the BACB. (NC licensure preferred). • 3-5 years of remote telehealth experience in ABA. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Sound judgment and decision making. • Effective time management skills. • Experience with programming, developing, and implementing intervention programs. • Experience supervising and training multiple levels of staff. • Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland standardized assessments. • Reliable car, valid Driver’s License, and proof of insurance.
