Description

• Ensures integrity, consistency, and accuracy of data across the organization • Works closely with IT, Business Intelligence, Operations, and Product teams • Develops and implements data quality standards, metrics, and controls • Plays a critical role in identifying data issues • Analyzes data sets and ensures all enterprise data meets necessary standards • Performs tests and comparisons on large data sets • Runs data queries to identify coding issues and cleans data • Gathers data from primary or secondary sources to interpret trends • Reports analysis findings to inform business decisions • Collaborates with data engineers to improve data collection processes • Assesses system performance and design affecting data quality • Communicates corrective actions when errors are discovered • Defines and maintains data standards and models • Documents processes and maintains data records • Keeps abreast of developments in data quality analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, information management, or similar • At least 5 years of experience in a data analysis role • Proficiency in programming languages, including SQL • Strong understanding of database management, data warehousing, and ETL processes (Azure Data Pipelines, SSIS preferred) • In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and tests • Experience with Power BI and MS Excel • Exceptional analytical skills • Advanced problem-solving skills • Knowledge of best practices in data analysis • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
