• TRAILD is a dynamic, fast-growing SaaS company that streamlines, automates and protects Accounts Payable. • The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle NetSuite. • You’ll play a key role in leading NetSuite integration projects and providing exceptional ERP support to customers. • Lead and support client implementations of TRAILD’s AP automation platform with Oracle NetSuite. • Create and maintain clear documentation, technical notes, and knowledge base articles.
🎯 Requirements
• Based in or willing to relocate to Melbourne, Australia • 3+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite (administration, development, or solution consulting) • Strong understanding of ERP systems, SaaS products, and financial processes—especially Accounts Payable • Knowledge of Acumatica, Syspro, Epicor or SAP B1 beneficial. • Proven ability to diagnose technical issues and collaborate cross-functionally to solve them • Confident, articulate, and professional when interacting with customers • Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow with a scale-up • Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid team setup • Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.
