• Seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Engineer to join our team. • Responsible for providing technical expertise, support, and guidance to our valued customers. • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and implementing effective solutions. • Collaborate closely with the sales team and engage with prospective customers. • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations showcasing our products or services. • Understand customer requirements and business challenges, develop innovative solutions tailored to their specific needs. • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers during the pre-sales phase. • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution designs, and product specifications. • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams for feedback and improvements. • Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) activities to demonstrate feasibility and effectiveness of solutions. • Stay current with industry trends and emergence technology to position products effectively. • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and engage with potential customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of relevant work experience (Network/Security/Pre Sales Engineering) - must. • Strong technical background with proven experience as Customer Engineer or in a pre-sales / technical sales role, preferably in the information security industry. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.
