📋 Description
• Write clear, persuasive, and articulate proposal sections. • Collaborate with solution, capture, and proposal teams. • Synthesize text and ideas from multiple authors. • Identify and resolve gaps and risks in proposals. • Lead writing of technical, management, and past performance sections. • Ensure compliance with requirements in proposals. • Develop marketing material, case studies, and client presentations.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of relevant experience working in the Federal Government or GovCon environment. • Diplomatic, persuasive, and articulate communication style. • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Suite. • Ability to adapt to new, technology-driven tools (e.g., AI tools). • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Self-motivation and flexibility to work on multiple competing priorities. • Must be a team player that proactively engages in a positive manner. • Documented track record of winning new business both as a prime and subcontractor.
