Description

• As a Design Lead at Tive, you will play a critical role in shaping our product's design quality and strategy. • You will be responsible for ensuring we produce the highest quality product designs that not only meet user needs but also drive business value. • Your leadership will be vital in optimizing our design processes and frameworks, fostering an environment for growth among the design team, and contributing to design projects as a player-coach. • Oversee the design process from conception to execution, ensuring high-quality standards and consistency across all products. • Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design objectives with business goals. • Advocate for design thinking methodologies across the organization to enhance collaboration and innovation. • Mentor and support the growth of junior and mid-level designers, providing guidance on design skills, career development, and performance improvement. • Actively contribute to design projects, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs as needed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of designing B2B software products that drive business impact. • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers. • Experience leading hybrid remote teams is a plus. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma. • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
