Description

• Participate in the development of the QA pipeline and perform hands-on and manual and automated testing. • Execute test plans, and checklists to verify the functionality and performance of new features and services. • Create test cases, record test results, generate detailed findings/bugs. • Work with engineering and cross-departmental teams to identify test requirements. • Diagnose issues discovered during the testing phase. • Create, maintain, and execute automated test cases for Web, Mobile, and APIs. • Learn, adhere to and improve QA processes. • Work independently to solve problems with minimal supervision. • Become well versed and understand the full Tixr software stack. • Support all employees by addressing questions or concerns in a timely manner. • Foster a Quality culture.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of experience as a Software Quality Engineer. • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of software testing methodology and best practices. • Experience in creating, maintaining, executing end-to-end automated test suites for web and mobile web/native. • Experience working within an Agile Scrum environment, and using tools such as JIRA, Pivotal Tracker or equivalent. • Knowledge of debugging, profiling, and software analysis on desktop browsers and mobile devices & platforms. • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to quickly learn new technologies. • Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proactive, positive, driven mentality that thrives in a collaborative team environment. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Superior attention to details.
