Description
• Create new user interfaces, user experiences and product features • Maintain existing user interfaces (bug fixes, refactor exercises, code optimization) • Convert Figma designs into functional user interfaces • Write automated tests (end-to-end and unit/component) to test deliverables • Create pull requests for peer review • Participate in peer review of code • Collaborate with back end engineers to design & deliver APIs • Document and maintain tickets with clear and concise information • Contribute to technical ceremonies/meetings such as Sprint Grooming, Retrospectives
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field • Minimum of 2-3 years front end engineering experience • Proficiency in web programming languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript (ES6+) • Proficiency in version control software such as Git • Understanding of Core Web Vitals • Understanding of SEO Principles • Understanding of Web Accessibility Standards • Understanding of Responsive Web Design • Experience working with APIs • Experience in converting designs into functional user interfaces • Experience in testing and debugging websites • Familiarity with software like Github & Figma • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational and attention to details skills
