• Own the strategy and execution of our GTM operations, ensuring our tools and processes drive revenue efficiently. • Partner closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to identify and remove friction in our revenue workflows. • Lead automation and integration projects across the entire GTM tech ecosystem to streamline operations. • Develop insights and reporting that provide visibility into pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue performance. • Manage and coordinate external contractors for specialized projects. • Act as the quarterback for GTM operations, ensuring initiatives are executed end-to-end and driving impact across the org.
• 3+ years of experience in GTM, revenue operations, or strategy operations within a startup environment (Series A-B preferred). • Strong strategic thinking skills—you see the big picture and can identify high-leverage opportunities. • Hands-on experience with GTM tech stacks (HubSpot, data tools, automation platforms). • A bias for action—you don’t just make recommendations, you ensure implementation happens. • Experience managing contractors or cross-functional teams to execute projects. • A hard worker and smart generalist—bonus points if you’ve been a founder or worked on a founding team.
