• Join a dynamic team at TM Forum as a Scrum Master/Project Manager. • Manage projects and ensure Agile practices are followed and teams collaborate effectively. • Involve in defining project goals and removing obstacles for smooth delivery. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and Agile workflows.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile project management and Agile ceremonies, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies. • 2+ years of experience in managing project timelines, deliverables, and priorities for software development projects in a technical environment. • 1+ years of experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and similar project management software. • Ability to manage distributed/satellite development teams in multiple locations working collaboratively. • Strong understanding of project management principles and frameworks. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams. • Basic understanding of software development processes and tools (e.g., version control, CI/CD pipelines) and exposure to technologies like Python, Kubernetes, and Cloud Platforms. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. • Scrum Master certification (CSM or similar) or interest in obtaining certification.
