Description

•At TNN Capital, we proactively work with clients and families to accumulate, preserve and successfully transfer wealth across generations. •Our mission is to provide independent and objective advice, by understanding and simplifying the complexities affluent families are faced with when it comes to wealth management. •We are looking for a cloud support engineer who will manage TNN Capital's cloud infrastructure to support our business objectives. •You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure to support our business objectives. •This role involves working closely with IT and research teams to ensure that our cloud infrastructure meets the highest standards of security, scalability, and performance. •Your primary responsibility will be managing the overall health of the IT operations for selected clients. •This includes desktop support, on premises hardware, and cloud services and infrastructure.

Requirements

•Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure, including implementing and automating provisioning, configuration, and orchestration using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) •Maintain customer relationship with key account executives •Work as part of a team to manage technology footprints including networking, desktops, phones and cloud infrastructure •Perform maintenance, upgrades and optimization as needed •You would work on Provision infrastructures using scripts, transition on premises infrastructure to Cloud and implement new scalable global AWS environments •Monitor Azure environment for security, compliance and cost controls •Control and monitor security, data, network access, and backup systems •Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to infrastructure deployments, configuration management and automation •Maintain cloud-native applications and services leveraging Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings, along with monitoring cloud resources and performance
