Description

• provide project management service for Financial Services clients • manage deployment projects for services • oversee dependencies and hand-offs between stakeholders • communicate status and issues to senior management • coordinate cross-org teams • create and manage project plans • track schedule vs. actual for milestones • manage change control process • identify and prioritize project issues and risks • produce relevant documentation • manage external dependencies • liaise with project sponsors and suppliers • maintain professional standards

Requirements

• ability to work as part of a team • ability to establish a clearly defined course of action to accomplish goals • motivation to expand one's own technical/professional knowledge • willingness to help and serve others • ability to maintain effectiveness in a challenging environment • ability to direct the activities of others • computer literate • sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Visio, Sharepoint • competent in report and project documentation writing • at least two years experience as a Project Coordinator or Manager within technology sectors
