📋 Description

• This role is remote or hybrid if based in Boston. • Toast is building the restaurant platform that helps restaurants adapt and take control. • The Product Operations team enables our Product teams to build great products efficiently and effectively. • You'll play a pivotal role in enabling and accelerating Product teams with a focus on collaboration and decision-making. • You'll partner with product leadership to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in product development. • Your work includes designing, executing, and iterating on high-impact programs that improve team collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years as a Product Manager or in Product Operations and Enablement. • Deep understanding of the Product discipline—you know what great product management looks like. • Strong leadership and influence skills, with the ability to drive change in a complex, cross-functional environment. • Systems thinker, able to design frameworks and approaches that work across multiple teams and evolving needs. • Exceptional communicator, capable of distilling complexity into clarity and engaging stakeholders at all levels. • Proactive problem-solver who takes a structured yet flexible approach to improving how teams work. • Passionate about enabling others—you care deeply about helping teams do their best work and creating an environment where great products can flourish.
