• We are a rapidly growing company that’s revolutionizing the way the food and beverage industry does business by pairing technology with an extraordinary commitment to customer success. • Join us as we empower the food and beverage industry to delight guests, do what they love, and thrive. • The Toast Product Marketing team is responsible for connecting the Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to inform product development and bring new products to market through customer segmentation, value-based messaging, sales knowledge transfer, and cross-functional marketing activation. • In this high-impact team, you will gain substantial senior leadership exposure and the opportunity to drive long-term customer and shareholder value at a hyper-growth company. • As the Product Marketing Manager for Retail, you will partner closely with the Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for the Retail vertical at Toast.

Requirements

• 5+ years of combined experience in product marketing, product management, operational roles, finance, sales or strategy consulting. • Strong ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations across a fast-growing organization. • Demonstrated proficiency in leading cross-functional partnerships with diverse teams to develop strategic plans and achieve desired goals. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to combine complex content into a clear and cohesive story to gain both internal and external buy-in. • Data-minded with strong analytical capabilities. • Proven ability to uncover and deeply understand the needs and desires of customers and translate those learnings into product and go-to-market strategies.
