Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Systems Analyst role for billing systems or financial systems, with hands-on experience in ERP/CRM platforms like Salesforce, Oracle, Zuora Billing, or NetSuite. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or Finance related field. • Process driven and result oriented with high attention to detail. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent understanding of Order to Cash processes along with upstream and downstream process and system implications. • Strong understanding of SOX compliance, financial controls, and regulatory requirements. • Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies, particularly in Agile Scrum.
