Description

• Responsible for the administration of internal systems • Support, troubleshooting, upgrading, patching and enhancements to applications • High level of interaction with various teams across the organization for management of issues and support tickets • Troubleshooting and administering various business applications while providing measurable customer service • Escalate incidents and problems to the appropriate technical resources • Keep manager informed of issues, impediments and progress • Work within team environment to administer and complete various department tasks • Deliver superior customer service to both internal and external customers • Contribute to a positive, professional, cooperative and efficient work atmosphere • Understand all infrastructure components including client/server, network, database, storage, and applications • Document and measure processes, procedures, and projects • Thrive in a changing environment, and effectively manage time across multiple projects and responsibilities

Requirements

• Application experience implementing, managing, maintaining both cloud and on-prem solutions • Experience Implementing, Managing and Maintaining SharePoint 2019+ Farms • Experience in administering and supporting Atlassian products including JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket • Proven ability in one or more scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, batch, etc.) and development tools • Ability to solve technical or operational problems and evaluate options based on relevant information, resources, experience, and knowledge • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems, and/or equivalent formal training, technical certification or equivalent experience
