📋 Description

• Lead development and execution of content strategies that drive engagement and support marketing objectives. • Oversee content planning, creation, and optimization to ensure relevance and alignment with MarCom strategy. • Collaborate with stakeholders to reflect business priorities and ensure brand consistency. • Conduct content audits to identify gaps and enhance offerings across formats. • Maintain high standards for content quality, tone, style, and messaging across platforms. • Manage key content management documents to ensure effective workflow and timely delivery. • Responsible for the digital asset management (DAM) system and maintain governance practices. • Continuously explore industry trends and introduce fresh ideas to keep content strategies engaging.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, with a proven track record in developing and managing content strategies across multiple channels. • Experience in conducting content audits, identifying content gaps, and producing diverse content types. • Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple content initiatives and resources simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality content. • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and Digital Asset management systems (DAM). • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing content performance and adjusting strategies accordingly.
