📋 Description
• Lead the IT onboarding experience for new employees — ensuring they have the right tools, access, and support to get started smoothly. • Gather feedback from new hires and stakeholders to understand what’s working and where we can improve the onboarding journey. • Collaborate with teams like HR, hiring managers and office managers to make onboarding seamless and welcoming. • Help new employees get started by showing them how to use their tech and making sure they feel comfortable and confident from day one. • Contribute to IT documentation and process improvements, helping us get better over time. • Coordinate small IT projects — like equipment rollouts or upgrades — with plenty of support from the broader team. • Assist day-to-day IT tasks in the office and remotely, including troubleshooting, organizing equipment, and keeping things running smoothly.

• 2+ years of experience in IT, onboarding, or IT-coordination roles. • A people-first mindset — you’re approachable, empathetic, and enjoy making others workdays easier. • You’re naturally organized and like keeping things running smoothly and efficiently. • Interest in process improvement and clear communication.
