📋 Description
• Oversee payroll function and ensure compliance with payroll laws and best practices. • Maintain payroll processing systems for timely and accurate payroll transactions. • Assist in creating compensation strategy based on market research. • Provide HR advisory services covering benefits and leave of absences. • Administer leave programs and manage inquiries related to health plans. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and update employee policies. • Oversee safety policies and manage the worker's compensation program.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years proven work experience in benefits administration and compliance management. • Previous experience in a management or supervisory role. • Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business, or related field. • PHR/SHRM-CP certification a plus. • Experience with Paycor is a plus. • Knowledgeable in federal and multi-state labor laws. • Compliance auditing experience with proven experience in conducting audits. • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong ethics, discretion, and confidentiality. • Attention to detail and analytical mindset. • Capability to work autonomously while contributing to team.
