Description

Requirements
•5+ years of experience in Product Management roles within the healthcare technology industry, preferably in a senior or leadership role. •5+ years experience working with engineering teams developing software products and technologies. •Deep understanding of user needs, technology trends, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry, particularly as they relate to health plans and providers. •Experience building on or integrating with platforms like CRM, Electronic Health Record (EHR), ERP, and care management systems. •Experience with agile software development processes and building strong relationships with your engineering partners. •Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. •Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills, which allow you to explain decisions based on new information, insights, and the point of view of various audiences. •Excellent analytical skills and experience defining and measuring product metrics.
