🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, Economics, or a related field • 2-3+ years of experience in a strategy, analytics, or management consulting role • Expertise in Salesforce with experience in optimizing and enhancing its functionality • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and extract meaningful insights • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Snowflake, Sigma, or other analytics tools is a plus • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
