• Develop income tax preparation and review skills • Build trust with clients • Learn new ways to prepare for tax situations • Proactively change client’s tax planning • Timely deliver client facing products • Answer client questions on tax plans • Review potential new tax strategies • Setup reminders for client deadlines • Train and assist tax services • Conduct tax interviews for new clients • Assign clients to tax services during tax season • Review tax returns for accuracy • Submit signed returns for processing • Review updated tax plans post-tax season • Prepare/review extended individual and business tax returns
