• We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. • As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will help source, interview, and place candidates for various positions. • The role offers a base salary of $40,000, plus uncapped commission —providing the potential to earn significantly more based on performance. • We offer a 30-60-90 day review to assess performance, provide feedback, and offer growth opportunities. • Source and attract candidates for open positions via job boards, social media, and networking. • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and suitability. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication. • Assist in managing job postings and updating candidate information in our tracking systems. • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure proper follow-up throughout the recruitment process. • Support the onboarding process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed for new hires. • Provide exceptional candidate experience by guiding candidates through the process and addressing any questions. • Collaborate with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other initiatives to promote the company and attract top talent.
• Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or recruiting role is a plus, but not required. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general computer skills. • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-focused mentality. • No degree required—experience and enthusiasm are what matter most!
