β’ Welcome to topi! β’ π Our Mission: To revolutionize B2B hardware procurement, enhancing companies' liquidity, access to the latest technology, and sustainability. β’ As Partnerships & Expansion Manager (d/f/m), you will play a pivotal role in our expansion into the Netherlands, driving the development of our market strategy and partnerships. β’ You will oversee the launch of our new market from the ground up, ensuring our product, strategy, and partner relationships align with Dutch market demands. β’ You will report directly to Leo, our VP of Partnerships, and work closely with the Commercial and Product Teams.
β’ Experience in Business Development or Partner Acquisition: At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, familiar with building and maintaining strategic partnerships. β’ Project Management: Strong organizational skills with experience managing or coordinating complex projects. β’ Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, confidently negotiate, and find suitable solutions in challenging situations. β’ Hands-on Mentality and Initiative: Not afraid to take responsibility, with a proactive work approach to drive our expansion in the Netherlands. β’ Market Analysis and Strategic Thinking: A solid understanding of market needs and a strategic sense of how to position our company in a new market. β’ Fluent in English and Dutch: Able to communicate confidently in both languages to meet all market requirements effectively.
