📋 Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Technical Sourcer to join our dynamic Sourcing team. • In this remote role, you will develop and refine a strategic sourcing approach that attracts top technical experts. • Creating exceptional candidate experiences is crucial, ensuring only the most qualified candidates join our community. • Responsibilities include developing a rigorous sourcing strategy, attracting relevant professionals, and maintaining a consistent candidate pipeline. • In your first year, you will work with professionals and be seen as the expert over all global sourcing management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required. • At least 3 years of experience sourcing or recruiting global technical talent with a proven track record of success. • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter is required, with experience using its advanced features for candidate research, outreach, and pipeline management. • Thorough understanding of the global talent pool and global sourcing strategies. • An unparalleled eye for talent and a strong understanding of the differences in knowledge and expertise between highly skilled developers and average talent. • Ability to proactively find and assess meetup groups, attend events, and naturally network. • Ability and drive to identify opportunities to present at developer meetups. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as perfect grammar and command of the English language. • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines while never sacrificing quality. • Ability to communicate clearly and constantly with teams via Slack and other collaboration tools. • Remote work experience preferred. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and handle a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and a diverse array of contacts. • You must be a world-class individual contributor to thrive at Toptal.
