Description

• Torc is looking for a Systems Engineer to define, track, and steer safety of our autonomous driving product. • The team develops and tracks safety cases for major releases, • Driving explicit measurability and quantification of safety.

Requirements

• BS+ 6+ years of experience, MS+ 3+ years of experience, or PHD 1+ years of experience. • 4+ years of experience in hardware, software, or systems engineering, robotics, data science, or related technical fields. • Experience with performance analyses for HW/SW system, such as reliability, demonstration testing, accelerated validation testing plans, or Weibull analysis. • 2+ years of experience with data analyses or applied statistical analyses, such as data mining, sampling design, analysis of variance, time series analysis, or predictive modeling. • Experience working with large datasets, SQL, and C/C++ or Python. • Familiarity with Cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure). • Ability to understand complex technical systems. • Ability to adapt and operate under ambiguity. • A hyper attention to detail with an iterative approach in completing enterprise goal. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written). • Willing to travel up to 10% to Torc offices, test facilities, etc.
