Requirements

• Licensed and in Good Standing by your State Bar • JD from an accredited law school • 15+ years of legal experience • Proven experience with fee disputes, marketing legal matters, and mass tort cases (Mass Tort Administrator preferred) • Strong ability to draft/manage C&D letters and conduct business research • Knowledge of employment law, ethics counsel, compliance regulations, and contract review • Ability to assist in high-value case sign-ups • Independent problem-solver with proactive approach • Retired judges encouraged to apply • Ideal for candidates in CA and IL • Bilingual preferred but not required
