β’ HS Diploma and Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, agronomy or related field (or Canadian equivalent) β’ Minimum of 5 years technical sales experience β’ Fluency in spoken and written English β’ Training in irrigation, turf, agronomy or landscape design is a plus β’ Proven track record of exceptional leadership and teaming skills β’ Strong negotiation skills β’ Ability to influence/train customer groups and deliver dynamic presentations β’ Ability to work in outdoor and inclement weather conditions β’ Requires overnight travel (up to 70%)
