• Durchführung von Beratungsprojekten zu Finance und Back-Office Fragestellungen in schnell wachsenden Unternehmen • Interimsmanagement: Umsetzung von Projektaufgaben durch Interimsmandate z.B. als (Senior) Controller oder Finance Manager • Tools: Erarbeitung und Implementierung von best-in-class Finance Tools • Prozesse: Aufsetzen von schlanken und Best Practice Prozessen in Finance und administrativen Bereichen, z.B. Automatisierungen und Digitalisierungen • Review und Challenging von Schnittstellen zu Dienstleistenden, Steuerberatenden und anderen Abteilungen • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unseres internen Wissensaustauschs durch die torq.academy
🎯 Requirements
• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Mathematik o.ä. ist ein nice to have, kein must have • Du hast relevante Berufserfahrung, z.B. als (Senior) Controller oder Finance Manager, vorzugsweise im Start-up oder Beratungsumfeld • Du hast Erfahrung in der Prozessautomatisierung und -digitalisierung und kennst Dich mit verschiedenen Finance Tools aus • Du bist sehr gut in Excel und/oder Google Sheets samt Reportings • Du hast erweiterte Buchhaltungskenntnisse und Kenntnisse von Buchhaltungssoftwares • Du hast erste Erfahrung als Schnittstelle zu verschiedenen Stakeholdern, wie z.B. im Handling von Steuerberatungen, Banken und Klienten • Du hast gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch (mind. B2) und Englisch (mind. B1) • Du hast Erfahrung und/oder Lust auf abwechslungsreiche projektbezogene Arbeit
