Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendor resources to address business or systems issues. • Ensure that existing and new applications meet ongoing/evolving business and end-user requirements, and department and systems goals. • Develop detailed software development and upgrade project plans. • Document business requirements, business cases and functional specs. • Support system and user acceptance testing activities, including issue resolution. • Develop and communicate training and documentation for end users, coordinates and/or holds clinics and other user-related activities as necessary. • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with Business Leaders to define systems/process requirements, solutions options, and function as a Subject Matter Expert. • Design, development and administration of Merchandising and Planning Applications. • Evaluate potential software solutions and the system architecture to ensure they meet business requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience as BA, BSA or Technical Analyst working with cloud-based Planning and Allocation systems preferably with the Oracle Retail Suite of products. • Preferably V19 or above on a cloud-based platform.
