📋 Description
• Accountable for driving all aspects of customer loyalty and PLCC programs at Torrid. • Own the assessment and measurement of business opportunities through data and customer insights. • Define success criteria for program performance and communicate vision and progress. • Lead execution of strategic initiatives and program operations; mentor and develop direct reports. • Collaborate with creative and external partners to enhance customer loyalty experience through all channels.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of retail industry experience with omni-channel marketing experience. • 6+ years of direct experience with retail loyalty programs and/or private label credit programs. • 2+ years of experience managing direct reports.
