• Own and optimize our paid media strategy (Meta, Google, YouTube, Display, Retargeting, etc.) • Build and execute traditional campaigns across TV, radio, podcast, and print • Lead SEO, landing page strategy, and conversion optimization • Develop and execute marketing presentations and strategic storytelling to support partnerships and funding • Monitor all KPIs — especially Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), CAC:LTV, ROAS, and lead velocity • Collaborate closely with sales, clinical ops, and leadership to align growth targets • Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed • Get hands-on and stay scrappy — we’re growing fast and need a builder mindset
