• Build strong relationships with guides and help them grow their bookings and offerings • Analyze market trends and develop strategies to convert inquiries into bookings • Monitor assigned areas to motivate and engage guides, helping increase bookings • Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as availability, conversion rate, and response time • Leverage data analysis to inform decisions that optimize area performance

Requirements

• 1+ years of account management experience, ideally in the tourism or travel industry • Demonstrate a track record of effectively resolving issues and ensuring high partner satisfaction • Possess strong communication skills across phone, email, and messaging platforms • Thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with a sales-focused mindset • Analytical and use data to drive decisions • Demonstrate a natural curiosity and are eager to understand the broader context of your role at ToursByLocals • Love to learn and grow
