Description

• Collaborates with Courseware Developers and Instructional Designers • Assists subject matter experts, graphic artists, and multimedia developers • Authors learning content in Adobe Captivate, Animate and/or Articulate Storyline • Programs learning content using JavaScript, HTML, and incorporates CSS templates • Distributes published learning content using various LMS platforms • Integrates premium film content into courseware interactions • Makes edits and adjustments to interactive templates • Assists Training and Education team members with conceptual design of new interactions • Develops understanding of eLearning development principles • Adheres to accepted Style Guide practices and builds proficiency through mentorship • Builds knowledge of eLearning industry and technologies through hands-on application • Performs other related duties and assignments as assigned by supervisor/manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Simulation and Game Programming or related field of study • 5+ years programming experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C++, MySQL, UnityScript, and game development • Knowledge and basic experience with rapid eLearning authoring tools such as: Adobe Captivate, Animate, Articulate Storyline, and/or SCORM compliant authoring tools • Knowledge and experience in implementing and integrating adapter learning techniques into courseware using either code or authoring tools • Exposure to and basic knowledge of Section 508 compliant and SCORM 2004 conformant web-based solutions • Understanding of developing interactivities, assets, and lessons • Knowledge of Learning Management System workflows • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
