Description

• As an Associate AI Scientist at Trace3, you will experiment with cutting-edge approaches and develop proprietary models that tackle unique and complex challenges. • Leverage a consultative mindset to support the development and implementation of AI solutions that contribute to measurable business value. • This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in data science, analytics, and business problem-solving. • The work involves assisting in developing AI solutions using advanced machine learning techniques and supporting process improvement initiatives. • You will help develop and validate statistical models under senior guidance and create technical reports and experiment results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field • 0-2 years of experience in data science or related analytical roles • Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R • Fundamental understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts • Familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow) • Understanding of common generative AI applications and architectures, such as retrieval augmented generation (“RAG”) and contextual routing • Strong appetite for continual learning and upskilling • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP)
