Description

• Under the general direction of the customer’s Data Center Manager, manage day-to-day operations. • Lead, manage, and assign work based on priority and available resources. • Ensure the quality of work meets system functional specifications. • Serve as the primary technical escalation point for onsite technicians. • Provide timely and accurate communications to stakeholders regarding status and health of projects. • Ensure data center workspace cleanliness by establishing standards.

Requirements

• Project Management: Demonstrated experience in project management within a technical environment. • Technical Operations: A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing data center technical operations. • Hands-on Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in data center operations, including "smart hands" tasks and technician-level work desired. • Resource Management: A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and coordinating technical resources within a data center environment. • Design and Solutioning: Experience in designing and implementing data center environments and solutions is preferred. • Strong leadership, organizational, reporting, and project management skills • Must be customer-centric and work under aggressive timelines
