📋 Description

• We are TradeLink, the most intuitive and collaborative B2B SaaS logistics platform. • As our new Head of Product (all genders) you will lead initiatives from conception to execution concerning our product strategy and roadmap. • You will manage a team of 4-5 direct reports, including product managers, designers, and product operations. • Collaborate closely with the CPTO to translate the company’s strategy into an actionable roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in product-related roles in a SaaS setup. • Proven experience leading teams (2-5 direct reports) in product management, product operations, or design. • Demonstrated ability to translate company strategy into a coherent product roadmap. • Strong experience with product discovery and user research methods. • Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills. • Excellent commercial understanding of B2B environments. • Growth mindset, adaptability, and proactive leadership style. • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. • Fluency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
