• We’re looking for a Head of Product (VP Level) to lead our product vision, strategy, and execution. This role is an opportunity to lead the future of customer engagement and drive the evolution of a category-defining SaaS platform. Your mission is to leverage our extensive legacy, customer base and data asset to build a beautifully simple and autonomous product that removes complexity for our customers—enabling them to engage their users seamlessly throughout the customer lifecycle. • You will lead and grow the product management and design teams, partner closely with engineering, and ensure our R&D investments translate into measurable customer and business impact.
• Proven leadership in SaaS – Experience leading product teams in SaaS where design and UX are critical in businesses from $20m-$150m ARR. • Customer experience expertise – Deep understanding of customer journeys, engagement, and retention strategies. • Understanding of technical details around code base composition, engineering metrics, server and data processing management. • Skilled at simplifying complexity, taking tooling into expert led, turn key solutions that are easy for C suite executives to see value in and users to get started on. • Experience & passion for using data, tooling and models to create agentic and AI models that exponentially improve time to value for customers. • First-principles thinker – Skilled at breaking down complex problems into simple, scalable solutions. • Strong leadership & influence – Able to build, inspire, and align cross-functional teams. • Bias for action – Pragmatic, hands-on, and execution-focused. • Expertise and experience working in GTM and martech tools
