• Spark is hiring a VP of Product to lead our overall product strategy and execution. • The ideal candidate is excited to operate as a player-coach in a fast-growing environment while defining the strategy for how Spark will continue to be at the forefront of Medication distribution's evolution. • This role reports directly to the co-founder and COO and will join the leadership team to ensure product and tech investments align with Spark’s long-term business strategy.
• Extensive experience in product leadership at a scaling B2B SaaS company, ideally in a regulated industry. • Proven track record of managing and growing high-performing product teams (PMs and ideally Designers). • Strong ability to balance strategy and tactical execution – able to think long-term while launching impactful investments today. • Deep understanding of cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Engineering, Success, Marketing, and Sales. • Bias towards data-driven decision-making, with experience using product metrics to drive adoption and engagement. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams.
