📋 Description

• At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world • TE Connectivity’s Product Management team is responsible for the full lifecycle of products—from innovation and development to manufacturing, marketing, and commercialization • This role will define product strategy, drive business leadership, and ensure capacity planning aligns with sales and profitability targets • The Director of Product Management – RF & Antenna will lead a team of Product Managers and own the overall product strategy, execution, and financial performance of the RF and antenna portfolio • This individual will operate with a General Manager (GM) mindset, ensuring strategic alignment across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in RF, antennas, connectivity, or related industries • Strong strategic thinking with a proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps • Experience leading cross-functional teams across global regions • Deep understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and business growth drivers • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels • Demonstrated P&L ownership experience, with a track record of driving revenue and gross margin growth • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for market insights and decision-making • Experience working with OEMs, industrial customers, and technology partners to drive adoption and innovation • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
