🎯 Requirements

8+ years of progressive product management experience in a fast paced, agile product development environment • Experience scaling a team, creating / managing multiple product lines and integrating acquisitions • Experience managing an international PM team and executing an aggressive roadmap with engineering resources on multiple continents and time zones • Data-driven decision maker with a bias to action who can drive projects forward • Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for projects • Strong relationship builder and influencer who can galvanize a cross functional team • Executive presence and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of stakeholders – Board, Clients, Internal teams • Experience with fintech or compliance / legal products/services a plus
