β’ Support Sales & Customer Success by acting as the go-to product expert in deal processes. β’ Pitch customized TradeLink demos tailored to complex customer logistics processes. β’ Develop and present API & integration use cases to prospects and customers, ensuring seamless platform connectivity. β’ Lead API integration projects , enabling smooth adoption and driving customer stickiness. β’ Advise on platform testing, automation, and third-party connectivity, helping customers unlock the full potential of TradeLink. β’ Collaborate with GTM teams to create scalable methods for deep product testing and integrations. β’ Provide insights to the product team, acting as a key stakeholder in refining TradeLinkβs functionalities.
β’ Proven experience in solution-oriented roles involving technical consulting , pre-sales , or integration projects . β’ Background in guiding customers through complex software solutions, including API integrations , automation , or platform connectivity . β’ Experience working with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams, including Sales , Customer Success, and Product Development. β’ Track record of leading customer-facing project s, such as integration deployments, system automation, or technical solution consulting. β’ Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms, APIs, or automation tools is a strong plus. β’ Excitement about solving technical challenges and constantly testing new approaches. β’ Great communication skills in German and English.
