β€’ Develop and implement the overarching revenue operations strategy to support business goals β€’ Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute integrated strategies that enhance revenue performance β€’ Influence and contribute to company-wide initiatives and align product launches with revenue strategies β€’ Oversee and refine revenue generation processes β€’ Lead sales, churn, and pipeline forecasting and annual budget process β€’ Analyze competitive intelligence to recommend strategies to improve win rates β€’ Ensure data integrity and accuracy across revenue systems through governance policies β€’ Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to support decision-making β€’ Streamline the customer lifecycle and develop better GTM execution strategies β€’ Manage and optimize the revenue tech stack β€’ Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals β€’ Communicate effectively with executives and senior leaders

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles β€’ At least 3 years in a leadership position β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Demonstrated experience in business partnering and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
