• Create and maintain clear, comprehensive, and user-friendly documentation. • Develop various types of documentation including tooltips, quick start guides, manuals, API documentation, release notes, FAQs, and knowledge bases. • Provide clear documentation to assist users in effectively utilizing products. • Regularly review and update documentation to maintain standards of quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably with SaaS platforms. • Good understanding of SaaS platforms, including their interfaces, functionalities, and user interactions. • Excellent writing and communication skills in English. • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency across all documentation. • Familiarity with creating various types of technical documentation. • Knowledge of documentation tools and methodologies commonly used in the industry.
