Description

• Design and implement complex computer systems and offer infrastructure services. • Address issues related to ICT security and performance. • Manage software and hardware installations, specification, testing, and service transition. • Identify technology innovations and guide execution of management processes. • Complete work on major IT architecture for large-scale enterprise projects. • Apply hardware engineering, software design theories and principles in researching, designing and developing solutions.

Requirements

• BA in IT related field • 3-5 years of related experience in an international organization. • Certifications in related technology a strong plus. • Strong technical skills and knowledge in a broad range of technologies and platforms. • Experience with web technologies and building enterprise infrastructure solutions. • Good English verbal and writing communication skills. • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of writing business cases and purchase justifications, training in complex topics, making presentations to an internal audience, fostering teamwork, develop informal project plans. • Good leadership capabilities to drive tasks to completion and to coach as well as to lead system administrators. • Leadership capabilities to develop and advance technology strategies. • Strong quality orientation. • Independent problem-solver and self-directed. • Drives for and delivers continuous improvement of both systems and process • Able to converse with authority across functional areas including database, networking, security, and application development. • Works under minimal supervision. • Skills communicating with vendors related to maintenance, licensing and pricing.
