β’ Responsible for the overall coordination of the Marketing function of the Tradin Organic US Division. β’ Develop, implement and oversee marketing campaigns that align with business goals and strategies. β’ Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement. β’ Manage direct e-mail marketing campaigns and social media channels. β’ Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with trademark laws and regulations. β’ Lead US internal communications. β’ Maintain and track budget for trade show management.
β’ BA Business Management, Marketing or Communication. β’ 4-5 years experience in marketing with a focus on data analysis and campaign management, preferably in the food or agriculture industry or B2B organization. β’ 1-3 years managerial experience. β’ Affinity with the Organic Food industry β’ Experience with creating engaging digital marketing campaigns, including direct e-mail, social media and blogs. β’ Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot β’ Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant marketing certifications a plus. β’ Experience with digital marketing channels and tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.). β’ Experience with graphic design software and website management software. β’ Comfortable with designing digital and print marketing materials, such as digital ads, brochures, case studies, presentations β’ Proficiency with MS Office. β’ Excellent project management and organizational skills. β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills. β’ Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems. β’ Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently. β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
