• 4+ years of experience as a specialized IT recruiter. • Bachelor’s degree in business admin or human resources. • Worked with KPIs & OKRs inside agile methodology framework. • Excellent analytical skills. • Detail-oriented self-starter, exceptional listener, and skilled communicator. • Highly organized person with a hand-on attitude. • Positive team player.
