• Job Analysis and Requirement Gathering with hiring managers and HR PBPs. • Sourcing Candidates through various methods. • Screening and Interviewing potential candidates. • Interview Coordination with hiring managers. • Presentation of candidates in meetings with Board members. • Tacticals / Checkpoint meetings participation. • Data and Reporting on recruitment metrics and analytics. • Stay Updated on Industry Trends for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a specialized IT recruiter. • Bachelor’s degree in business admin or human resources. • Worked with KPIs & OKRs inside agile methodology framework. • Excellent analytical skills. • Detail-oriented self-starter, exceptional listener, and skilled communicator. • Highly organized person with a hand-on attitude. • Positive team player.
